well considering i just found out that im NOT the only one who is reading my blog i thought i might as well update it. its sunday night and i am buggerd. afew hours ago i came back from the adventure club kayak trip wich was absolutly brilliant! though my arms, stamach musscles, and shoulders are in pain it was totaly worth it.
